Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Items must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging
  • Due to health & safety regulations, opened tea bags or used products cannot be returned

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@stoolby.com with your order number.

  • We will provide return instructions after approval
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • No restocking fees apply

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds are processed within 15 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@stoolby.com.

Please include a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
